mage: Journal Your Way to Creativity book cover

Journal Your Way to Creativity first came out in March 2018. It is designed to help you work past creativity blocks and learn how to tap into your innate creativity. A survey conducted by AdAge in 2012 showed that 75% of people in the world do not think they are creative.

I’ve wanted to do more with the book than what I’ve done so far. Honestly, I wanted to make a course to go along with it. Until recently, I wasn’t sure how to do that. But now I have it figured out.

Mostly.

Why mostly?

The course is going to launch in beta. What that means to you is that there will be a limited number of spots for you to sign up. It also means that the first round will be at a reduced price. Normally, it will be $147, but the beta launch will be just $97.

3 Features of the Journal Your Way to Creativity Course

  • It is a 90-day guided journal. Some of the prompts may appear silly, but sometimes you have to be willing to be silly to embrace your creativity. Not always, but sometimes.
  • There will be 12 weeks of videos. The videos will discuss my keys to creativity and how you can apply them in your journaling and in your life.
  • There will be a private faFacebook group. This is where the videos will be posted. It is also be where you can interact with other course participants and ask questions.

And a Bonus

In addition to the above features, you will also have access to me during specific times throughout the course. I have studied creativity for over 15 years. I started out with Julia Cameron and The Artist’s Way. Then I moved on to Eric Maisel, Twyla Tharp, Judy Collins, Natalie Goldberg, and more.

They have all helped me to formulate and formalize my theories on creativity, including what I call the keys to creativity.

There will also be opportunity for you to hire me to work with you as a creativity coach or writing mentor if you feel like you need more help than what the course will provide.

Where to Sign Up

More information about the course, including start dates and payment options, can be found on the course page: Journal Your Way to Creativity. When you pay, you will receive an email with the information you need to access the course materials and the Facebook group.

I hope to see you in the course.

If you have any questions about it, please feel red to leave a comment. If you have the question, I can promise you someone else does too.
