During this month, I will be posting a lot more than I would normally. (OK, given my lack of posts lately, anything would be more than normal, but let’s not go there.)

  1. Love these (great idea to put in a blog too!) – I’m an avid reader (will have to check out your books – I really enjoy romantic suspense – anything mystery related), notebook and pen collector (and user!). I’m looking forward to reading more as this Challenge continues!

  2. Thanks for being part of the Ultimate Blog Challenge!

I LOVE FOuntain Pens as well. I have a ‘working collection’ of several pens that I am always using. It seems that people seem to get quick a kick when they see a fountain pen being used! Personally, I just love how they write.

    Thanks for sharing your list!

    1. I love how they write, too. My favorite one is a Nemosine Neutrino with a 1.1mm stub nib. I love using it on cards or other lettering projects.

  3. Nice to meet you Jen and get to know you. You sound so creative and fun. I love that. I am a poet and an artist whose craft(s) sit on a shelf while I create marketing material for myself and my clients. I am a Virtual Partner for Women Entrepreneurs It’s very rewarding. My question to you is: Out of all these amazing talents, which is your deepest love?

  4. Hi Jen. Nice to meet cha. I love to crochet, as well. My mother is blind and is the one who taught me how to crochet before she completely lost her sight. I feel your pain, or joy, with the games on Facebook and Kindle. I do the same thing. It can be so relaxing. But, now it is time for me to show my poor little blog some attention. 1. One thing that I didn’t put on my list: I haevn’t been able to knit or crochet for about a month. I got an inflamed tendon in my thumb and had to let it rest. Don’t they (hands in general) know I have one more baby blanket to finish?? lol

  5. Hi Jen – Thanks for telling us a little about yourself. I love the way you listed different random facts about yourself. I also love to crochet although unfortunately, my doggies always try to help me pull the yarn out of the skein!! Nice to know you a little.

    1. You always hear about cats playing with yarn, but no one ever talks about dogs playing with it. One dog I had loved to sleep in my yarn basket when he was a puppy. My current dog would love nothing more than to grab a loose end and pull it all over the house, including up and down the stairs. She finally learned to leave it alone. (Since I said that, I’ll probably get home tomorrow to yarn strewn all over the place.)

  6. Very nice to meet you, Jen. I love writing as well but stay on the non-fiction side although there’s a fiction writer deep inside. Interesting how we all have our little quirks that make us special and we find that we have kindred spirits, like you and Paul who both like using fountain pens.

Look forward to getting to know you.

I am a wife, Mom, nana to three little ones, a Personal Business Coach (certified in Accountability and Strategy) and a Marketing Strategist. Love supporting others and see them achieve their dreams and goals.

    1. Most of what I have published is nonfiction. I started out writing poems, then switched to fiction. A friend pushed me into nonfiction. I can get those done faster than I can fiction, so I tend to write more nonfiction than anything else.

  7. Hi Jen,
Yes the list of random facts is a great way to get to know someone! I’m a foodie that loves to cook mainly healthy dishes but I’ll splurge when I go out. Totally random fact about me is I love lipgloss lol. I have them everywhere and always have it on!!
